For years, baking was just a quiet dream in the background of a different career. But after stepping away to take a life-changing, round-the-world trip, everything shifted. Immersed in the flavors of local markets, the warmth of neighborhood bakeries abroad, and the universal joy of sharing food, it became clear what the next chapter had to be.

That journey inspired a total career pivot and the birth of this bakery. For us, baking isn’t just a process—it’s our ultimate passion project. Because we operate as a local cottage bakery, we get to focus on what matters most: flavor, freshness, and the neighbors we serve.
